  1. Unbelievable. They just ruin everything. Shame on you. The majority look like the colour of Charlie brown.

  2. I want Peanuts to be returned to broadcast on air only on CBS. A children's cartoon.

  3. So tired of the woke, PC crap.

  4. MARTIN: Franklin was the first African American character in the "Peanuts" comic strip. He debuted in print in 1969.

  5. Peanuts go woke. Cancel this disgraceful show now.

  6. Ok but why was he sitting alone at the thanksgiving special? That made no sense

  7. I thought Franklin made his debut on Flash Beagle, where Snoopy was break dancing at a night club 😂

  8. I don't understand … "debut"? Franklin's been around since almost the beginning.

  9. Why is this so significant now? He's been part of the Peanuts since 1968. More of people making issues out of absolutely NOTHING!

  10. But its a white kid doing the voice if Franklin. How many blk kids did they turn down for the voice over saying his voice didn't fit? It's a slap in the face since yt Amerikkka had such an issue with a black mermaid

  11. He's been in the comics and Peanuts movies for a long time, glad this series is focusing on background characters and their history. ABC needs to get their titles right and their history on the series. Very misleading title.

  12. Misleading he always existed so it’s not a debut

  13. Misleading title, Franklin has been part of the gang for 5.5 DECADES

  14. All views profound
    68 i was 7
Didn't recall noticing he was sitting alone
My LIFE journey has been to understand people, formulate my own views and move in the direction of my choosing…NOT BE DISTRACTED BY OTHERS SOCIAL PATHOLOGIES.

  15. He also had more lines in the Peanuts movie

  16. I'm sorry, but Franklin looks like he's in black face instead of a black character. Just sayin.

  17. LOL….I thought they already did. Wtf? Wow.

  18. Yaaaaaaaay!
    Hurray!

    Way to go, Franklin Armstrong.

I LOVE Peanuts and I LOVE "Sparky".

  19. Yall are slow af😂😂😂

Franklin is a fictional character in the comic strip Peanuts, created by Charles M. Schulz. Introduced on July 31, 1968, Franklin was the first black character in the strip. Now he's getting his own special……GOOGLE BEFORE YOU SOUND IGNORANT

  20. Unbelievable! The 1st black peanut character as the star of the show and they use the voice of a white kid.

  21. I can't wait for Franklin to expose the systematic fundamental racism in America while he smash and grab a new iPhone.

  22. Peanuts characters almost never have adult supervision. By today's standards, child protective services would get involved.

  23. Franklin was always a character 😂.
