I disagree with the reporter. The homeless is incredible financial drain on the neighborhood. The movie will bring revenue to the neighborhood. We need to stop screwing around with the homeless and come up with a viable working solution. They cannot continue to live on sidewalks, we need in encampments, they need to be fenced and guarded.
