A visitor to Argentina’s Los Glaciares National Park captured the moment a huge chunk of ice broke from the Perito Moreno Glacier and fell into Lake Argentino. According to UNESCO, the front of the large, constantly moving glacier, regularly calves icebergs into the lake.

It's amazing to see the different striations of black that represent volcanoes and other events and I'm curious as to the lowest one what that represents that has to be thousands of years if not millions or possibly billions
