Let's break down the 'unfair judgement' arguments against Trump: I'd love for you to show me otherwise, and I'm open to a discussion:
1. The banks got paid back: yes, but it's small consolation and the bare minimum that could be done. If you get an auto loan but mislead the bank on your credit score, it is a financial crime. The banks could have given their money to other organizations, but Trump lied about his assets to get the principal and a much lower rate of interest. And who pays the taxes on the stolen interest money? Banks don't, because they never got the interest: common people like you and I pay it (by default)
2. There are no victims: you and I are the victims because Trump stole the money (see above). Additionally, because Trump got lower interest rates by lying about his assets, he could offer lower cost of doing business, undercutting his competitors by fraudulent means. So there WAS fraud. Fraud is simply the act of lying to get money that otherwise you would not get.
No wonder he has to hawk $18 sneakers for $400 because he still wants YOU to pay for his crimes. If he really cared about you he would not be sitting in Maralago playing golf & cooling his heels.
Also It's a bit rich that MAGA cries about the Biden economy in the same vein that they buy $400 shoes at Trump rallies
