  1. The money given to Ukraine should of gone towards homes for the homeless in America 🇺🇸 we protect others not Americans

  2. And some people want diaper Don back 😂😂😂😂

  3. No they cannot because it's illegal.

  4. The core problem is not homelessness it is enormous drug abuse. Having no home but the streets is a direct result of drugs.
Those on the streets need to be relocated away from the streets while the people are treated for drug abuse.

  5. I find it amazing how quickly the Ninth Circuit Court placed this Case on the Docket when 22-56167 a Constitutional Law Violation case has been filed and not been heard. 6 States illegally edited and altered the Constitution of the United States to control Elections and limit Ballot Candidates. To illegally edit and alter the Constitution is a STATE’S RIGHTS VIOLATION! This is unacceptable!

  6. The illegal immigrant party Biden let these peoples in for them to build stuff on side walk in cities and towns or what.

  7. Why isn’t the government responsible? Why aren’t we building more housing for homeless as well as people who have mental health needs? Isn’t this a major governmental issues.? so with that said, isn’t it the government’s fault and respect to making sure that they are taking care of mental health issues as well as homelessness isn’t that what the tax Payer money to some extent should be covering? Maybe less illegal people coming in and more attention spent on our US citizens? Americans first and of course we should help others once the people of this country are provided and taken care of first and foremost, including our veterans and elderly. This is ridiculous.

  8. I feel sorry for these people but they should be able to be arrested for vagrancy and maybe the cities can help them find other places where they could camp or they're not in front of businesses and disrupting business and causing health issues if there's so many jobs available maybe they can help connect them with a job maybe they could build some halfway houses instead of just giving money away till illegal immigrants

  9. I lived in Medford Oregon in 1987. I’ve been to grants Pass many times. It is beautiful. Or at least it was. When I was there, there were zero homeless people on the streets.

  10. Grants pass need to have Chinas president visit.

  11. Democracts in blue states are the ones that put them there….

  12. It’s already been ruled that being homeless is not a crime so setting up a shelter on public land is legal for the most part unless illegal activities are committed then that is a different matter.

  13. Wait. Arrest people who can’t find a place to sleep? In sanctuary cities? Imagine that!

  14. Citizens saying more begging tax dollars corrupt poilititions broke health codes support child trafficking Chao's follows foj

  15. Send all the illegal immigrants to the houses of the mayors and governors of the sanctuary cities and states!! I don’t see them opening their homes!

  16. If they follow the constitution and they are illegals in them camps then not only should they be banned everyone in them should be deported

  17. I live in Florida. I dont see any tents anywhere. Thanks Ron 😊

  18. More tax payers money being wasted because of incompetent compromised administration

  19. just after I turned 50 years old I became homeless and when I went to a shelter where you can stay for free for 45 days and then if you do not have for instance a social security check and SSI check a mental check or a regular job paycheck you will be kicked out and I had to go to sleep in an alley on cold concrete. Many people do not know that these shelters are charging people $150 per month after the 45 days. Please share these facts with as many people as possible and the abuse that goes on in these shelters and the theft that they do nothing about and in my case the shelter obviously was working with the corrupt police in my area who would harass us if we were not in the shelter.

  20. Keep voting democrat that's the problem

  21. All across the country people must beware The government of these states are getting ready to start rounding up the homeless people Add tomatoes to make room for the illegal migrants

  22. Perfect, I can then camp wherever I want as well. National parks will be the first on my list.

  23. You should never have the right to pitch a tent and take a crap wherever you want. The people who pay taxes have rights to their property, public or private.

  24. So the gov can build shelters for ungrateful, gang bringing immigrants, like all those young men from Venezuela, who by the way their gang is banning with another band of good for nothings in NY, but homeless American citizens get bars. Make it make sense. NY Amazon druck driver defended himself from getting robbed by immigrants and he ends up in hand cuffs. Wtf…

  25. It's called Vagrancy it's been on the book for years.
You either have an address or $50. The $50 is to prove the you can get a room.
At a motel. The democrats have done this. Are communists democrats? Make new mistake.

  26. Nothing wrong with being homeless but not anywhere you feel like setting up your tent and outdoor bathroom. I live in Grants Pass and being poor does not mean it is ok to live like a pig. Tons of places they could designate as homeless camps with enforced rules.

  27. It sounds like oboma Care. When you can't afford to buy it, they take your tax refund to pay for it.and now you don't have a home and get arrested for sleeping on the streets. I'm guessing next they'll find you for not being able to walk and make you register your walker or wheelchair.

  28. All homeless citizens should be able to camp on town hall property, public parks and school property. I guarantee you the homeless problem would be solved over night. Shame the politicians!

  29. Ah all the money goes to illegals 😢

  30. But the migrants the migrants are doing the same thing

  31. The ninth circus of appeals is wrong over half the time and get reversed

  32. It should be banned if someone doesn’t give them permission in writing with witnesses to wreck the land that they decide is their new home that way the home owner that’s ignorant enough to do so responsible for their well-being and the mess they make .

  33. People been sleeping outside for thousands of years.

  34. The Democrats presidents have been destroying our country, take care of us first not Last, Wake up Dems libs you are destroying our country and our people.

  35. ok if they say there can be no more homeless camps or no sleeping on the streets then that means they either lock up or deport all these illegals

  36. "Cruel and unusual punishment…"
For what? No one is being "punished" for anything. If anything, these people are being "punished" by the "advocates" who sued in court to have the state hospital systems destroyed because living on the streets is somehow better for those who are unable to fend for and protect themselves.
