If an embryo is a child, an embryo is a child. We have been telling people that that for the last hundreds years or so.
Nothing new here.
There are some religions that do not believe in blood transfusions.
Blood transfusions can save a child's life or an adult's life, yet I am fairly sure that a parent can refuse blood transfusions for their children. I think the LAW allows this. I'm not sure of this.
So where do we draw a line?
Because when a person goes to the bathroom there is live bacteria and other organisms in our human waste that come from or are born within our bodies . . . Should we be prosecuting everyone for not storing live bacteria filled with human particles in it? Perhaps eliminate toilets because we just killed human bacteria.? Hmmm, men would be included in this scenerio too. Perhaps this a ridiculous theory or example, but in this crazy world, maybe not!
Again, where do we draw the line?

Who's paying child support for them? Who are their caregivers? How can states be made to pay child support for what they call children? EVERY time they say small government it's mighty funny EVERY thing they want to do involves the government deeper into a persons business, telling what they can or can't do. They make up s 💩💩 t just so they can start s 💩💩 t. They don't want to help provide children,teens, kids walking and talking, what are they to do with a dot. They giving those embryos more care and protection of children of slavery, nowadays, incest,sex trafficking, and all the abuse they are, and will go through. That's is just one or two of the hypocrisy and pretense of so many people… whatever the case, whatever the reason young children, teens and all of them in between but they are left out, behind? Conservatives are legislating from a 2000 year old book, like they said they were going to.
Some have specifically stated they want to turn America into a theocracy, and are claiming that they are doing "gods will". That sounds nice until you realize that the old testament is where many conservatives draw their inspiration from?
We've seen this train coming for decades. Is anyone really that surprised?
Also, if we really need children that bad, why aren't we welcoming immigrant families in, instead of forcing women to have kids?
What to do?
Don't vote for people because they throw around the word "Christian" or "god". They are cheap words that anyone can, and usually do, say. Whether they mean it or not.
Don't (re)elect people because you're familiar with them. Wanting to vote for people who share your values is fine, but look at what they vote against too. That's just as important.
Ignore campaign ads and opinion stories. They are often filled with B.S. and just tell you what you want to hear. Debates are where the good stuff is.
Check their campaign message before and after primaries. If it changes drastically, they are just topping off their B.S. bucket to get moderate voters.
The biggest tip is: If you see an opinion story, or a political ad that makes you angry or scared, that's because it was designed to do that. The more angry or scared you are, the more likely you will vote for the guy who promises to solve it.
But they will never solve it, because life doesn't work that way. There's no "fix" for the border. Nationality isn't an indicator of criminal intent. Illegal immigrants DO pay taxes, DO contribute to the economy, and don't "steal jobs" (at least not to any measurable degree).
They create a couple dozen embryos at a time so, if the first try doesn’t work, they can try again and again without having to extract more from the mother. How does using one (or more) kill the rest of the batch?
This report and the “fears” sounds like pure fear-mongering.

Our country is asking very challenging questions on the meaning of a human life and human dignity within our modern ideologies. The purpose of keeping the embryos is to create children. This makes the definition stand. Our society already treats children as commodities or accommodations in business. We can not create an elitist environment where only the wealthy can have a family. This is the continuation of our understanding of the right to life.
IVF is unnatural and it’s popularity is just another man made solution to a man made problem. The real conversation should be about removing endocrine disrupting chemicals and pesticides from everyday products.
It’s no accident that men are suffering lower testosterone and women suffering PCOS. Focus on eliminating the cause of the problem so people can just get pregnant naturally.
