But then again I didn’t know judges knew more about real estate appraisals than developers, investors, banks and real estate estimators. Democrats are adding in a bunch of new case law. Because of all this any judge can say you overvalued your home on a loan. Not only that but the judge can alone decide there is fraud. Even when everyone else says there isn’t. On something that’s literally done every day across the country by developers. Any judge can say you can’t bank in their state. Now a judge can tell you what your house is worth and where you can bank.
