These comments are insane, and tossing out logic just to try and justify what was likely motivated by hate. Incredibly sad.
Then what was??? Internal bleeding? Brain hemorrhage? A punctured lung? How come they won't say? Duh?? It's a cover-up!! You people are liars! I'm not a supporter of LBGTQ… but no child deserves this. How in the world is it a coincidence that a child who is to my knowledge a healthy kid, randomly dies the very next day after she gets brutally beaten by several bullies and the beating was not the cause!? This is a disgusting lie. They are covering up the crime. I pray someone comes in and seeks justice for that child and her horrified family! My heart is shattered right now and I'm mad!!
The people who told her its ok to be non binary should all be prosecuted
To share a personal story, in the 6th grade one of my classmates actually straight up jumped on me, like backpack grab levels of jumping onto me. I fell backwards half to get them off and half because of the added weight.
We were both given lunch detention for 2 days.
If jumping on someone isn’t considered starting an altercation, by no means should splashing water be.
So tired of the fact being brought up that Nex was bullied for her gender identity. Yes, for a little over a year she was. However, her gender identity had nothing to do with the motivation of the assault in the bathroom as evidenced by her own testimony of the incident. The kids were mocking her laughing & making fun of the way she dressed. Not because of how she identified. The media & leftists are using her history of bullying to try to give off the impression that this was an act caused by LGBT discrimination. By mentioning it, it easily leads people to believe this was motivated by hate. There's a difference between beating someone up for their "gender identity" versus beating someone up because they had water thrown at them. Two different contexts & motivations.
Another media fueld hate crime hoax in the making
As usual, the rest of the truth will come out about this, and people will stop talking about it like every other hate hoax.
Rest in piss.
She sprayed water at them for talking then threw one into a paper towel dispenser and was attacked for 20seconds.
The narrative and lies by the media is gross.
Nex was the aggressor. She was also involved in similar incidents.
This was not the anti-lgbt hate its being advertised as
Sorry but you pour water on someone, physical assault, people have a right to defend themselves. I'm an LGBTQIA supporter but you can't expect you can pour water on people and get away with it cause you are LGBTQIA. Plus you're hearing their side. Everyone that jumps on without hearing facts is irresponsible. Verbal insults is one thing but you physically assault someone by pouring water on them, they at that point have a right to physically defend themselves. People, if anyone physically assaults you, you have a right to defend yourself.
Wait, not trauma related? She was talking fine. So what killed her? Sui****?
Bullying just read it.
The beginning of the footage:
(Referring to inside the classroom for in school detention – Nex was in for vaping)
* They’ve been antagonizing
* (Mom relayed prior to incident)
– They’re making comments
– They’re calling me names
– They’re throwing stuff at us
* Nex poured water on one girl for laughing at them in retaliation
* 3 girls then attacked and grabbed Nex by the hair
The activity prior to the bathroom incident is defined as bullying in the schools policy against bullying.
The bathroom incident appears to be a continuation of bullying all week.
Nex pouring water on one of the girls was wrong, but there were extenuating circumstances of prior bullying.
The water, potentially, was not the initial assault because the other 3 had previously been throwing things in the classroom (per the statement on video).
3 against 1, in a legal standpoint, may be seen as a disproportionate response. The water should not have caused fear of harm and the 3 could have walked away.
They are going to push this narrative of the poor queer kid that gets picked on all the time, then unalives herself. Tthe truth is, she started the physical fight. The girls laughing at her is not more than what happens to every single kid on this planet at some time in their life.
Sounds like a drug overdose.
How can you be “non binary” but then proceed to be called he/him/they/them?
I mean come on
So basically the liberal media started running with this story in hopes it would further their political narratives. Now it seems the facts run against their narratives and once more we see how the hatred fueling propaganda machine really works
She started it and apparently can defend herself pretty well if she poured water on the girls and slammed one in the paper towel holder. It wasn't like she was cowarding down to these girls. Sounds like it was BOTH parties were involved but because she passed away and that's truly sad, all the focus is on her. I am sure she was bullied but obviously she didn't take any B.S. from anyone. I hate to know any one is bullied for anything, it is cruel but I feel this is being made in to something it is not or maybe it is too soon since we do not know the cause of death. My daughter has non bianary friends so there is no hate here against Nex, everybody seems to be jumping the gun. What if she was a normal student getting bullied and than passed? Would this many people care? Bullying is not okay for ANYONE
If its not from trauma how did she die? What was it from?
This is seriously gut wrenching!! They were bullied for so long and the fact that they reacted back at the girls who then physically attacked them and they were going to get in trouble too?! That’s so messed up!! NOBODY should have to have that happen to them or even worry that it might happen!! I’m in a very conservative state, but Oklahoma is truly f***ed up with their laws. And how can higher ups say the death is tragic but then say that Oklahoma doesn’t want that kind of trash?! Who the f says something like that?! They were a person, a human being that idc how much they try to unlink the fight and their death, that fight is what killed them, it just happened to be delayed. What ever happened to understanding lives are precious no matter what?! Our kids are being threatened by shootings all the time and bullying in school hurts our kills kids?! That’s even more messed up! They should be able to feel free to be them, no matter what that means! I know there are those that will highly disagree with what I said, but they are the ones that have their heads in the sand and want zero change ever. I pray that they are in a much better place and able to be themselves finally and feel God’s love for them. I wish I would’ve known about the vigil last night because I would’ve been there in a heartbeat but alas my news channels often talk about things like this but after they’ve happened. My thoughts and prayers are with their family and friends! I am so sorry and I wish I could do more!! 🙏✌️❤️
It could be suicidal suicidal
If you claim that people are binary or non-binary, you are stating that there are two types. That is a binary statement. 🙂
So, what did cause Nex's passing? 🤔
What are they hiding from us? 😞
This is sad cause it was a little teen spat that probably happens everyday and usually doesnt end nearly as seriously. Unfortunately thats the thing with teens, they dont always see the consequences of their actions. Now all involved are gonna face consequences that will change the course of their lives. Shame.
…………….all ima say……….where's her dad at?
Mental health crisis is real. Some people laughed so this ill person begins throwing water on them?
If onky parents didnt allow gender switching
So she poured water on people to start it? Ok.
She started the fight and ended her confused life. Tragic but not the fault of anyone but they themself.
Lesson learned…..don’t start shit if you can’t back it up
Parenting fail
My dad always told me, if you look to be offended (be the victim) you will be. The press seems to wash over the fact that Benedict poured water on others when he could have left the area if he didn't like what they said. They were talking smack, not engaging Benedict physically until BENEDICT did so. All the more important, from a marginalized population is not looking for trouble & victimhood.
Stop with the "pronoun" crap
So, he/she/it started a fight and it was finished. What's the tox screen say?
That’s a DUDE
Well all I can say is she'll never start a fight again.
