Advocates have this all wrong and the constitution states this under Federal Law so the companies of social media can and bounded by this of the need to regulate or leave the user to express anything the user feels on a platform or forum site but the companies ARE LIABLE as being part of that speech thru their forums of getting sued or worst go to jail if any speech leads to crimes. Please pass this on to Lawyers and the courts for this explains everything the courts and companies to do off this point.

My right to free speech is an enumerated right enshrined in the constitution. A businesses has no right specifically mentioned in the constitution. The Court has ruled the a business is also like a person in its rights. However, those rights are not enumerated rights but rather unenumerated rights. A business has no right to restrict my speech unless it prevents them from pursuing happiness which is acquiring wealth. having an opposing view on social media is restricted yet we know that it is not illegal to have an opposing view on hot topics like transgenderism but it is what needs to occur. To talk about it to come to a realization rather than being forced to accept whatever narrative the white house wants to push today. A business has no rights to restrict speech unless they can prove that speech has harmed them. They are free to push their narrative and I must be permitted to push my narrative. That is freedom of speech.

Companies need to start obeying the constitution
I’m frigg’n sorry, you wanna have a PUBLIC platform, then it has to be 100% free—even if that brings disgusting content. There’s always gonna be a steep price for true freedom—always.
Any business has the right to remove disruptive people. If someone walks into a business and makes employees and customers so uncomfortable, disgusted, or fearful that they leave, the business cannot function and will close.
Why is the standard different for an online platform? Trump has proved that there are other platforms for their message, so his right to speech is not infringed.
It is not the government limiting speech on social media it is the company policies, so this has nothing to do with the First Amendment right to free speech. Any business has a right to refuse service for far less … barefoot, shirtless people are not allowed into businesses all the time. Disruptive people are removed as well. This is not a valid argument, no matter how much these politicians yell about it.
If the government ran the platform it might be an issue, but these are private companies. This is a non-issue being used as a distraction from the real threats to our rights and freedoms by these same people.
