Now I own assets and I was never able to just evaluate what my possessions are worth because the market goes up and down so with that being said, how can they come after Trump saying that he was the one that valued his property when everybody knows that when you borrow money the bank, yes the bank, the bank comes out and evaluates your property a third-party does you do not so I asked, how can I hold Trump accountable for something that he did not value it had to be valued for him to get a loan you go to the bank and they asked for collateral do they just take your word for it? No, you have to show proof or they have to come and evaluate it so put that in your peace pipe and smoke it Trump 2024. I agree with Kevin. Even though I am not a fan of Trump I think he is being unjustly prosecuted for his NY dealings. Even the banks agree they did not suffer any loses and that they made their own appraisals. This lawsuit should be dismissed.

The appropriate penalty for NOT breaking any laws and NOT harming anybody should be ZERO. Instead New York should pay all of President Trumps fees and expenses that he's incurred through this completely political, completely unfounded, malicious prosecution. The Governor should issue President Trump and all of the Citizens of New York and this Republic a very sincere apology.
