My guess is Biden is being paid off by the Cartels. They collect from $5000 to over $ 10,000 per person, depending. The payoff at $10 dollars would be pocket change to the Cartels, But Multiply that times 12 million illegals, well the math is easy __$120 million dollars. Then we have the DRUGS, what would a payoff look like on that issue $1.00 to $10 dollars an ounce. That is so huge I have no way to estimate the numbers of dollars. Hundreds of millions ?
