  10. I’m with the owners of the restaurant on this one. He didn’t make it for whatever reason. ER sounds awful but how’s that the restaurants fault. He should cover that with insurance costs from his health emergency but no one should lose out. Definitely not the restaurant who couldn’t resell the table.

  12. Could never figure out why companies feel entitled to charge late or cancellation fees, but when the customer is forced to wait or reschedule, they have no choice but to take it.
