I finally did it!!!! I reached my 70lbs goal!!!! 72.4lbs to be exact. I show you how i lost 70lbs. Weight loss motivation is pretty hard to come by so hopefully this will help some of you out. My weight loss journey isn’t over, so stick around to see what’s next.
Examples of foods I ate:
Raw Veggies: Salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, Bell Pepper,
Cooked Veggies: Broccoli, Asparagus, Zucchini, Yellow Squash, Spagetti Squash
Complex Carbs: Sweet Potatoe, Brown Rice, Whole Grain Bread
Fruits: Apples, Oranges, Grapes, Strawberries, Blue Berries
Protien: Chicken Breast, Turkey Breast, Eggs, Fish
