My Health & Fitness Journey | overcoming eating disorders & losing my period



My health and fitness journey is my most requested video EVER! I was super nervous to film this but also really happy that I got to share my story with you! I talk about how I lost my period through amenorrhea, how I got my period back, my experience with two eating disorders, my weight loss journey and fitness transformations, how to start a healthy lifestyle, and ultimately how I FINALLY achieved balance and confidence in myself, as well as a healthy relationship with food through intuitive eating.
