A 17-year-old boy has been arrested and charged for the murder of Otis Elder, the same homicide investigation that led to the death of Amir Locke. NBC News’ Antonia Hylton reports.

It appears that Amir was related to a POS criminal whose brother's apartment he was sleeping in. Amir is dead because he made poor decisions to hang with violent criminals and sleep with his gun under the comforter. The video shows a clean shoot even though his finger was extended safely on the barrel. This escalated fast. However, I strongly believe if he had been white the officer wouldn't have killed him with 3 shots. They would have disarmed him.

Skimpy on the details of the shooting there NBC? You did not mention that Amir had a gun in his hand and was raising towards the officer. I guess that is why you didn't show the body cam video. At least you didn't show it and lie about what was on it like ABC did.

THEY EXECUTED HIM just as in the Breonna Taylor case. Look are NO KNOCK WARRANTS an effective tool YES they are for dangerous individuals. No knock warrants are an effective tool when they are done right. These types of warrants MUST be done with investigation or you end up with this. If you asked the lead swat person or investigator, do you have eyes on the the apartment to confirm persons of interest. That means you set up surveillance of the apartment monitoring who is going in or outs. Are their any persons of interest that can be identified if they say no to any of it then a no knock warrant should not be done. If you have no idea what is inside do not do it, YOU END UP SHOOTING THE WRONG PEOPLE. Anyone sleeping in a gangster house with a gun in their hand is gonna get put down by police if the gun is not dropped immediately. Doesn't matter the race or ethnicity. Those are just the facts.
