Maybe Spotify should just cut it's losses and let him take his audience to Rumble. The harassment and boycotting doesn't seem like it's going to stop. So let Rogan take his 11 million+ viewers somewhere that actually supports fair debate. That increase in revenue and notoriety could be one of the catalysts needed to allow Rumble to become a genuine threat to other media platforms. (Not naming any particular names, of course.) Once the competition begins to hurt the shareholders or general bottom line, I think you'll begin to see these entities change their tune about free expression.
