5:16 Nothing new here. Half-track vehicles have been around for about 100 years. It was only a matter of time before someone modified the idea to what you show. Just needed the Capital backing. Isn't Capitalism wonderful. Hope their enthusiasm doesn't get the best of them. I Wonder if the tracks can be used on paved roads for a short distance. I could see a version w/ no center guides for LGP tires on articulated trucks. That would make those vehicles unstoppable.
