Diversity training
After 12 years in Army Aviation we only had 1 crash also in training. A few close calls. A few VERY close calls on deployments but the cold hard facts are we lose more soldiers in training than we do on deployments. Train like you fight. You just can't wait till mob to go 100% for a month or so then deploy. Training slowly ramps up and it all goes wrong. Or right depending on how you look at it. Not single death in this one. The training works but make no mistake your llife is on the line LONG before you deploy. It's just part of the job…
