  1. Dude looks like a woman.

  2. Another diversity hire, typical.

  3. Although I know nothing about her and have never heard her speak before, I am genuinely impressed with how articulate she is. She is the perfect choice based on her qualifications.

  4. This is the best news I have seen in a long time. You'll hardly find anyone more qualified, no matter their gender or skin color.

  6. pleade keep me on all rge news ptivate before tgey kill me im the innocebt one told yall every

  7. This is the best news I have seen in a long time. You'll hardly find anyone more qualified, no matter their gender or skin color.

  8. Oh how racist and sexist: it’s historic because she’s a WOMAN and BLACK!

  9. Let’s be honest. A black woman would not have been nominated any other way. Historically, these positions have gone to white men 95% of the time. Check the stats.

  10. Let's Go Brandon 🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯🎯

  11. Well, if you are a black woman and you want Biden to pick you for a position, one apparent requirement is that you have to be married to a white man.

  12. A decision based on sex and race, so a SEXIST AND RACIST DECISION! If a white male had been promised by a Presidential candidate it would have been called RACIST! Oh and she only has 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE ON THE BENCH IN THE D. C. AREA!!

  13. Identity politics at its best. I as a minority would feel ashamed if I were chosen for any menial position based on the color of my skin or ethnicity, let alone one of the highest ranking positions in our legal system.
But let's be even more honest, there isn't a person in this society that would give up the opportunity for their integrity.
I'm looking forward to her you can do it too speeches. Umm yea, I can be chosen for a supreme court position based on my skin color, never mind the years of studying, exams and work experience. When the white man gives the nod, I'll get a that position. I'm so inspired!!!

  14. First she a great choice. President Obama never pick a black person to go on the SUPREME court that how I know he was a puppet president. As for the the SUPREME court They need to have term LIMITS for all GOVERNMENT position if the PRESIDENT only can do two TERMS then everybody else should be only able to do two term LIMITS.

  15. Thank God biden was able to determine that a black female judge would be more qualified for the position than a white woman, black man, white man, asian, latino… biden is a racist and just showed once again racial discrimination…

  16. I love affirmative action

  17. Would have been better for her if Biden had made the nomination without ever having said the criteria was race and gender

  18. Is this Biden’s penance for blocking black, female Janice Rogers Brown from an earlier SCOTUS nomination? 🀨

  19. So is she a good choice, or does she just check all the right boxes?

  20. She was picked based on the color of her skin. It is down right racist the way she was selected and the administration was open about that fact. No company in America could get away with what Brandon did here as this wasn’t equal opportunity but a choice based on color.

I’ll never see her as a legitimate pick with I’m sure all the hard work she’s given in life, just the best choice of color by the democrats instead.

  21. Damn I should have studied to become a black woman. Seems this qualification opens every door in life

  22. Is it possible that Ketanji Brown Jackson's connection with Stephen Breyer helped her clinch the vacant spot [that, and not being a "radical lefty"], as Biden's nod to Breyer for making way for a younger justice? Given how Jim Clyburn was instrumental in Biden clinching the Democratic presidential nomination, it is interesting that Clyburn's pick did not make the cut in the end.

Well, whatever the case, it is about time Biden succeeded at doing something…for a change. He can't possibly screw up getting this justice into the SCOTUS, can he? 'Cause at least things will remain as they were at the SCOTUS just prior to Breyer's retirement.

  23. She has had so many of her rulings overturned because they were politically driven and not based in law. She’s literally the furthest thing from β€œa great candidate” but many of you are unable to see past her skin color and gender so she gets a pass.

  24. Biden sitting and watching the war

  25. If KETANJI BROWN JACKSON had any moral fortitude, she would graciously decline the nomination and ask instead that Biden consider ALL CANDIDATES. The mere fact that she accepts her nomination because she is a BLACK WOMAN screams racism and discrimination. Once ALL candidates have been considered, if she remains the best possible candidate, then and only then should she accept the nomination.

  26. I'm so glad to see the SC is finally going to be a majority minority. There will be a combination of 5 POC and Women on the Supreme Crayon Box. Only 4 more white men to replace and it will be complete diversity.

  27. Thank goodness she's a Black woman…She would've NEVER gotten that position had she been any other race.

  28. We are going backwards in this country.

  29. Please help me Ketanji Brown, where is my justice? Where is my support Joe; do I have to be in Ukraine in order to get help?

Why is Jersey City supporting a city street to be utilized as a Federal Highway? There are people/apartments on this street that have people living in them. The exhaust, loud noise, dust, dirt and the weakening of the street is evident with the gouges of asphalt, dips and patching of the street. Its ridiculous and murderous on the three years of damage this is presenting on humans. Are we not significant enough to be helped in this abusive, deterioration of our health and welfare. If this was any place else would it be happening? An injustice is happening here with the see no evil, hear no evil and don't act as if they are here tactics. SHAME ON THE TOWNSHIP OF HUDSON (JERSEY CITY and its officials), SHAME ON THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY AND ITS OFFICIALS AND THE U.S. GOVERNMENT WHO IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THIS HORRIBLE SITUATION! I'M SCREAMINIG FOR HELP (Grand Street between Communipaw and Summit Streets, zip code 07304!) WHERE IS MY JUSTICE OVERSEAS? SURELY NOT, I'M A U.S. CITIZEN!

  30. Although I know nothing about her and have never heard her speak before, I am genuinely impressed with how articulate she is. She is the perfect choice based on her qualifications.

  31. The dominant society interests say she sides with so-called reproductive health that means abortion, environmental protections, and separations of powers issues nowhere on this list does it mention anything about punishing the police, making sure that black people are protected from police brutality, or malicious prosecution and absolutely nothing about anything tangible for black people. The dominant society liberals want Ketanji Jackson on the bench because she's going to be an advocate for what they want – immigrant's, dominant society feminist's, environmentalist's, unionists, basically all the dominant society left's pet projects. And the icing on the cake is her husband is from the dominant society.

  32. You know she got picked because Biden wanted to pander to certain people to get their votes.

  33. She's weak and disgrace, but whatever.

  34. Why is choosing a black QUALIFIED woman a PROBLEM ? Somebody HELP me understand THAT !!!

  35. ABC special report but they don’t have any real reports to put out unless it about Trump

  36. …and the most qualified person is she…because the color of her skin. So proud.

  37. Biden the sexist racist.

  38. LOL we are done as a nation DONE!!
when we have important jobs like this and pick it based on race ! we have gone BONKERS!!
    this country makes me sick
leave it up to government to constantly remind you what color you are and what color everyone else is.
your all sick in the head

  39. Great another useless yard aaape that checks off all the left's diversity boxes.

  40. Slip in a radical judge while there is a distraction. Typical

  41. A solid qualified pick who the right wing will call a "affirmative action pick" and someone "out of the mainstream". Watch for it.

She is probably more qualified than most of those who have been nominated in the past.

  42. "Enough with this equality, we want another white alcoholic rapist."
