Maybe it is a time for Pax Sinica. For those who are puzzled by China wait and see policies on Putin agression on Ukraine let me remind them that Trump option of persuading Kremlin psychopath to joint him and go against China is still on the table. As nine years old boy I remember, when in 1956 Russian tanks rolled through the street of my town toward Warsaw to smash Polish workers uprising against imposed by Roosevelt in Yalta occupation. I recall my dad conversation with his friends if anyone will decide to help us, because Eisenhower looked another way. And it was relatively weak at that time China under Mao Zedong leadership, who intervened by threatening the Kremlin militarily to stop the repetition in Poland of the Khrushchev massacre committed in Budapest. A few days later we saw the same Russians returning, with their tail between the legs, to their base in Legnica. In 1968 I was imprisoned by Kremlin puppets in Warsaw and after my release I have learned that Russia attacked Czechoslovakia. And when China was more “communist” than “capitalist”, it was the only state that reacted negatively to this Kremlin aggression. While the West was busy making deals with Kremlin Evil Empire, Beijing gave a lesson to Moscow bully and troops of the People’s Republic of China fired on Soviet aggressor at a border outpost on the Ussuri River. And when Soviet puppets in Warsaw staged “protest” in front of China embassy, Beijing diplomats displayed great sense of humor presenting a banner with very meaningful for my country statement, quoting beginning of the Polish national anthem: “Poland is not lost so long as WE still live”.

Well said lady. China will work with Russia while they are useful to China. Be clear, they are not friends. Guys like Putin and Xi don’t have friends. Guys like those two will say anything to each other but you know they won’t honour any agreement unless it benefits them . China will probably sit back watch how this plays out it’s taking Russia longer to take over Ukraine. Xi is probably a little thankful that Putin is now public enemy No.1 instead of him.

What is happening is horrible, what has happened to the people in Donbas region since 2014 is absolutely terrifying. Those people have been living through absolute HELL for years. Why was there no help for them all these years. Why hasn't the media covered thier story. The only reason I know about it is because of current events in Ukraine prompted me to do research. The UN and media should be ashamed of themselves
