I lived in Russia last year and honestly had one of the best times of my life. Russian ppl don’t deserve this, as a black man from the dmv they welcomed me and respected me. What was I doing in Russia? My wife is Russian so I went to live there to be more part of her family and experience the culture. Extremely upsetting to see this especially with how far Russia has come economy wise.

Over the past few days, I have been watching my friends around the world change their Instagram and Facebook avatars to Ukrainian flags.
Those who live in America or Europe do so because they have succumbed to the rhetoric of the mainstream media without even knowing how to locate Ukraine on a map.
But there were also Russians who did the same. In truth, most of them live abroad. When the war started, they changed their avatar with the words: "I woke up with a sense of shame."
It is strange that these same people have not felt shame for the last 8 years, while children, women and the elderly are dying in the Donbass.

Russia / Putin is making their final play to convert a Barrel Gas from US Dollars, to a Barrel for Crypto backed by the Russian Ruble or whatever Currency Germany Decides is best to keep Trade with. So that Russia, China, Iran, North Korea and Syria to be able to bypass Future US/EU Sanctions while keeping Ruble prevalent. Meaning to buy that Crypto you would need use Rubles to allow Funds to be commonly traded in the East for Large Scale infrastructure projects.
