I dare say, resist the temptation to bring these Ukrainian refugees here to the United States. We don't need an influx of people who would exacerbate the racial tensions that already exist in the U.S. As beautiful as these people and their children are, they need to stay in their homogenous society. They won't like it here as many of our citizens are brown people. If you bring them here, as they settle in and begin to enjoy the comforts of American life, within 1 generation you will find them donning Confederate flags like the Republican voters already do behind closed doors. Help the Ukrainians best we can, but we don't need any more racists people in the United States. We are already up to our necks in them.
Ukrainians were in a birth decline before this war. Sooner or later it was over for them, they should surrender and MAYBE repopulate to sustain a nation.
