NATO's offer to the president of Ukraine was fair to meet with the Russians and consider what they see as good for their people and their country. Of course, this was a kindly evasion of NATO's duties to Ukraine. Of course, in this case, the only solution to bring the refugees back to their homes is an agreement with the Russians to stop the war and destruction and the Russians' recognition of the sovereignty of the Ukrainian lands. And the recognition of the Ukraine president the withdrawal and the complete reconstruction to return the refugees to their country and their lives. Enough incitement from the West
