Was this before or after Manchin voted with the GQP to block the opening of American oil reserves to offset the lack of foreign oil?
This is a sore point for Canadians and a reason why we hate your President. We have been waiting for years for this project, and, just as soon as Trump loses it was years down the toilet. Biden was so quick to shut down discussions on this, I don't think Americans realize how crippling that was for Canada. Now it's just another nail in Biden's coffin as I'm concerned as having this Pipeline would have been a great strength to defeat Russia.

In many jobs, let's say a policeman, if he is showing any kind of psychological problem he must undergo tests to see if he is mentally fit. This should be an absolute prerequisite before even running for president. And then if some insane person actually gets voted for, then he or she should have psychological test at least quarterly. That's not too much to ask for the leader of the United States. Right now we are the laughing stock of the whole world and maybe even the Martians are laughing!

Never thought that I would say this, but we should now go forward with this pipeline due to what’s happening in Russia. We need to be energy independent. However, at the same time go forward with clean energy! Why not do both? And do both responsibly and with respect for the environment! Truthfully, we still need and may always need fossil fuel products, for plastics, our military aircraft and commercial aircraft. We can’t pollute and contaminate our country though while doing this!
