Send jets to Ukraine without going through American airport. That would be ok with the US.
Send artillery to Ukraine. Putin can't squawk about that – and massive towed artillery is cheap and can take out their artillery. By far the best bang for the buck. The Russians will respond with aircraft to try to take out Ukraine's artillery, then infantry with stingers can then decimate Russia's air force. Minimize Ukrainian casualties and game over Russia.
Immediate: Provide safe passage corridors for both pro-Russian and pro-Ukrainian civilians to Russia, Belarus, as well as NATO countries. The corridors monitored by international peacekeepers. In all the countries of destination for both pro-Russian and pro-Ukrainian civilians there will be safe-zones where food, medicine.. Transportation for those who wish to go elsewhere will be provided. If these corridors and safe zones were managed by international peacekeepers, who both sides wish to curry favor to, eg. China, US, India… it would not be in Russia's or Ukraine’s interest to attack them. Both leaders should openly voice this policy. The message from both leaders sent to people's cell phones as an alert message.
A Russian separatist commander was killed during a humanitarian mission by Ukrainian forces. To prevent things like this occurring on both sides, whenever either side engages in humanitarian efforts they should be monitored by zoom. This data can be sent to all forces in the area. We have a marvelous new communications technology, let’s use it, especially since Musk is on board with his satellite tech.
Long term: A better option than war, for everyone: Putin can not win the war unless he annihilates the Ukrainian population, and even then it could go either way. NATO may soon be supplying Ukraine with short range missiles which are directed by satellite data. These weapons in the hands of a determined population would wipe out his entire army and air-force. If Putin backs out, members of the Azov Brigade a small white supremacist, Nazi group, which is integrated into the Ukrainian army, will become national heroes. Russia is in a lose, lose scenario.
A way out: A well financed international peace zone in the Crimea and the Donbass could be established which will be a go-to zone for world leading bio-scientists. A silicon valley with a strong bio-engineering focus. As a precondition for these regions to be brainstorming centers, they will allow the people to live freely. An open border for Ukrainians and Russians is a must for the flow of new ideas. An internationally monitored Donbass and Crimea will not be subject to autocratic rule. A government would be comprised of Ukrainian, Russian and international representatives. Taxes would be split between Ukraine and Russia. These areas would attract the best minds in the world, it would have a positive influence on Russia and Ukraine. Both pro-Russian and pro-Ukrainian supporters would be protected and thrive under these conditions.
Following the Hong Kong model there will be a 100 year break from including Ukraine in NATO. That may seem a long time, but considering cellular senescence will be reversed well within these 100 years, it should not be considered an imposition to either party. If we do our job properly, most likely NATO won’t even exist in 100 years.

People, by following the guidance of this tech will live healthier and longer lives. Olfactory tech can be integrated with other diagnostic tools already used in smart-wear, smart-watches, smart-rings. Smart-textiles are also an emerging field.
This and other fields of medicine could be integrated into an open source AI. The international co-operation in the medical field should be a model for the entire society.
