Nothing about these incidents says put your hands on these kids. Call the parent let him/her know that they have to pick up the kid, remind said parent that wearing a hoodie is against policy and that every time said child wears it parent will need to pick up, this is to interrupt the parent's day. Said child cannot come back unless the parent makes the child comply. No "touchies" period. Advocating to put your hand, knees or whatever on these kids I don't care how old should be prohibited. This is not right. Put the onus on the parent/caregiver get them actively involved in the situation. When they see that they have to interrupt their day of work or whatever the mess going on can be controlled by the parent. If said kid cannot/will not comply, expel. These grown folks wrestling and putting on of hands, knees hurting these kids in this way is NOT right. Get the message across of teaching said kid the rules.
