There's a lot of conflicting information and as always the fog of war, but I personally believe this is the tip of the iceberg in terms of Russian military incompetence.
I think it will get worse and worse for Russia as they try to ramp up.
If I'm wrong, and I hope not, we will know soon enough. Russia will have to do something to prevent its initial troop deployment from being overwhelmed by defenders.
The next couple weeks ought to clear out a lot of the conflicting stories. Either something is or it isn't. War doesn't take anyone's word for it. War makes you prove it.
