New video shows the final moments of a man who died in custody of the California Highway Patrol after he struggled against officers while they attempted to get a blood sample. Don’t you need a search warrant for a blood sample. George Floyd type of killing all over again. We investigated ourselves and found no wrong doing and even if we do our officers have qualified immunity.

Police departments around the country haven't learned anything about how to handle things better.
A lot of officers in California are emotionally sadistic, driven by the pleasure of power to torture and humiliate people. It gets even worse in other states.
Qualified immunity is likely to protect those officers and the CHP from any civil liability. If the average person knew how much government actors can get away with because of qualified immunity, everyone would want to work for a government agency. Instead they keep electing people who transfer more and more authority from the citizen to the government.

MURDER BY POLICE. Half of our "Protect and Serve" Police Officers throughout our country have received Warrior Police Training. In the course of an intense multi-day training, they are taught to MURDER FIRST and Prepare A Legal Defense Cover Story immediately afterward. None of these officers is so stupid that they did not know piling on this man's back would murder him. Their intention to TEACH THIS MAN A LESSON that, when dead, he would not need is OBVIOUS the moment they ignored his pleas of "OK I consent." MURDER BY POLICE. And it is by written documents a central part of their training.
Just like Goerge Floyd, who sadly died of a fentanyl overdose. George also acted erraticly, saying "I can breath" seven times before officers even tried to restrain him. Except this death happened before George, and without any riots incited by our fake-news media.
