  1. This is arrest is wrong, while the lady driving the Bentley who ran over the doctor gets to walk free.

  2. They are looking to pin the blame on someone. She is lowest on the totem pole.

  3. At Royal Park bridge, There's loud ringing bells, the operator comes over the loud speakers and lights come on when both sides are about to go up. How did the old lady walking her bike not see or, hear that?? Trust me, There's some underlaying Medical condition this slick as sh!t lawyer isn't talking about. I have no doubt the victim has a touch of Dementia, Alzheimers or, even suicidal at 79! It's the FAMILY who should've been keeping an eye on this alone and elderly lady! The poor bridge tender has to live with this "ACCIDENT" for the rest of her life. CHARGE THE FAMILY TOO!

  4. There should not be just one person responsible for watching all that area where a person could be obscured by one or more vehicles.

  5. Oh let’s be clear!! She is a woman of color and so she must pay in jail, with fines, now she’s a felon and can’t work. She will be what people love to talk sh?t about. If she was blonde she would’ve been told by email to pay attention. That’s it.

  6. Different scenario, Can you prevent someone from crossing after the warning lights/ alarms go off and draw arms come down when a train is coming? Of course there's no operator there, other than the conductor of the train.

  7. Now the black girl is charged with murder?!?! Wtf. Seems like a design flaw more than negligence

  8. I was just in Miami and as I was crossing a draw bridge there was an alarm that goes off and gate arms that come down warning you not to cross. It's somewhat of a slow process so how is it the operators fault?? My garage door like many others has a laser on the bottom that when anything is in its way the lights go from green to red thus not allowing the door to close, so is it that hard to have a more sophisticated laser or lasers on a draw bridge.

  9. good .. she looks like she would be negligent.. probably on her cellphone ..

  10. They need to redesign that bridge. Instead of opening upwards, have it spread apart horizontally.

  11. How horrifying for her. The poor woman. Absolutely heinous

  12. Why don't they walk the bridge then raise it while they are still outside? Pretty fcking simple

  13. That woman's life will never be the same, all because some people can't learn to be aware of their surroundings…

  14. Wtf, it was an accident! They should sue the city for forcing one person to carry so much responsibility.

  15. It's not a operator fault, it's governor's fault, arrest the governor asap

  16. Why not construct a proper bridge that does not require an operator? This design which has moving parts and no safety sensors, is dangerous!

  17. ‬‬‬‬🇺🇦🇺🇸➖🚫🇷🇺🍆💩‬‬‬

  18. How did we know the worker would be black. If it were a black person killed and white worker, no charges would be filed

  19. Even six flags has a better safety with teenagers working summer jobs.

  20. That’s messed up, poor lady trying to do her job and make a simple living and now she’s going to jail
