Sorry…but as a retired pilot for a major airline….he is wrong…there is no substitute for experience. I had over 3,000 hours when I got hired back in 1985 and his arguement that hours don't determine a pilots qualifications just isn't true.
Breeze is still paying their pilots peanuts compared to the other ULCC airlines.
