Miami Beach officials implemented a curfew after massive spring break crowds and two shootings that left five people hospitalized. Mayor Dan Gelber said, “We just simply cannot have people coming to our city and having to worry about being shot.”

I remember this same crowd took over PCB several years ago and it ruined spring break. Now Panama City has a no alcohol on beaches law and curfews in place. Unfortunately it was the local businesses that really took the hit.
Now what group of people and which demographic ruins every area they go to… tricky one. Look at Detroit, St Louis etc (hint: it’s not white supremacists)
