When the Soviet Union collapsed, NATO should be dissolved. Are we certain that there is no weapons, soldiers, or equipment hidden in the hospitals, schools, and other civilian targets? I only ask because in any other time, it would be the obvious question. Just because it's Ukraine, and not some other country, doesn't mean you shouldn't ask the question, and make a valid attempt to get the answer. This is not a new tactic for a force who knows they cannot win through conventional means.
