This bill means nothing. American children lack very far behind other industrialized nations in science and math scores, and college debt surpassed credit card debt years ago in this country. These problem won't be fixed by teaching students how to manage a check book. These problems started with the private sector and once again, it's going to take the government to bail them out! This bill does absolutely nothing to better and further education. It's putting lip stick on a pig. It's meaningless.
