Rebuilding homes is expensive ; every time when events such as tornadoes spread chaos in whole neighbourhoods….A long term less expensive way would be to rebuild those same model homes out of concrete .Constructing them by whole sectors could lower the costs and parts of the structure would include steel re-bars and will resist many storms.
