If they don't go so far as charging different interest rates based on your race, it would not be a surprise if they issue cards based on race, for example, whites must have a credit score above 800 to get an American Express card, and blocks would only need a score above 600 to get an American Express card. Of course this is exactly the same thing that caused the 2008 financial collapse, this kind of policy originated early in the Bill Clinton administration with the assistant housing secretary Andrew Cuomo strong-arming the banks into giving home mortgages to unqualified Borrowers.
Even more significant than signing the petition would be to take the scissors out of the drawer and cut the card in half and mail it back to the company along with your last payment
