The Manhattan DA’s office released a timeline of how they identified Lauren Pazienza, who is facing manslaughter and assault charges in the death of vocal coach Barbara Gustern. Prosecutors say an eyewitness to the assault helped identify the suspect seen in surveillance video.

We don't need video to prove anything. There was an eyewitness and other videos corroborate. The defense attorney's implication that two identically dressed women of the same height and build were on the same block at the moment of the crime, but only one of them was photographed, is ludicrous. My guess is that she was having an adult tantrum and took it out on the first person who got in her way.
This is a memorable example of how removed wealthy people can be from reality.
