Commentator shows a lack of knowledge here…the "infrastructure" for Bitcoin handles absolutely enormous transactions all the time..there are millions of miners all over the world. Re: safety, yes, it's much more secure than the techniques mainstream banks use.
I was wondering when this would come into play! Crypto is a great defense against manipulation of various national currencies. In this case, it's not great that Russia can use it in this way, but I think that in general, using an exchange of value that is not susceptible to political pressure is a good thing.

These guys are idiots, if a country doesn't have roubles than they will have to exchange their dollar reserves for BTC.
This will:
1. Push up BTC price
2. Demand for USD will fall (even if its 10%-30%)
3. US will threaten the countries
– These countries will not accumulate anymore new dollars
Looks like BTC and crypto are going to moon in the next 3 months
