People who drive a car while drunk started out being drunk inside a building(restaurant, home or other place). Stop making getting drunk or even tipsy(buzzed) as something funny when someone is drunk. Those who laugh or make light of it are sharers in the death this person causes when they kill anyone while driving drunk.
