Not to be the Devil's advocate, but will the order by Zelensky to Ukranian civilians early in the war to be given weapons to arm themselves against invading Russians and videos were taken of civilians training with such weapons (grandmothers and grandfathers, young boys, and their mothers, etc.) pose a BIG problem for charging Russian troops with war crimes, when bodies are found without their hands tied and shot to death? When Zelensky did this, I thought he was actually giving Ukrainian civilians a death sentence, if Russian troops found civilians with such weapons, or attempting to use one against them. Generally, war crimes are against unarmed civilians, or so one would assume.
