I see on the news that Russian soldiers don't know why they were there and all innocent but must they torture, loot, mame…something isn't matching up here. Maybe they aren't as innocent.
Russia can veto anything before the UN Security Council, so they can be removed only it they agree, which they will never do. Although I support Ukraine, this suggestion has zero chance of adoption. Zalenskyy needs to concentrate on what can actually be done to stop Putin, not making ridiculous proposals like this.

not help those countries against Russia. I am betting that we will not help those countries that use to be part of the old Soviet empire. We know that one small Nato country is not worth the threat of nuclear war. Putin knows this and will use our fear to control us.
