The tornado shield is a good idea, but it brings to mind a picture I saw on the internet some years ago. The picture was of a piece of straw pushed completely through a telephone pole by a tornado. The shield is still a good idea though if you're not in the direct path of the tornado.
Its kinda funny but ive had end if the world nightmares in which buncha people escaping in those ball capsules
