Dallas police say the concert where one person was killed and at least 15 more were wounded over the weekend did not have the required permit. KXAS’ David Goins reports.

The Dallas cops who got paid were completely cool with protecting an illegal event. That makes them "accomplices before the fact". Just pointing out the law.
