We already have places that are supposed to help people struggling with mental health issues… and just because they change a label it doesn't change what it actually is… I could call the sun the moon, but would that make it so? If they are under similar delusional thoughts and can not function in society they have places for those individuals, as well… getting any to except the fact they actually need help or assistance is an entirely difference story… a question of how to best help them should be left to someone who can best help them try to function as best they can in a civil society, should it be doctor, psychiatrist, or any other organization designed to give aid in time of need. You leave it to fester and multiply and you have what we have now… Bunch of clearly dangerous people… judging only by their irrational behavior.
