If you want a restaurant to open on Sundays, open your own FN restaurant. I want my bank open all day everyday ,you are infringing on their pursuit of happiness. You can not force a business to open hours that the state designates. This is once again NY tax money being wasted on a frivolous lawsuit the state can not win so why make a law you know the courts will shoot down. How about they close all their restaurants in the state of NY taking their much needed tax revenue with them
