Sad indeed, I was in high school in the mid seventies and their were plenty of the original muscle cars in the parking lot Cudas Mustangs, Chargers and Camaros. I’m glad I still have a 69 Ford pickup, probably the most reliable vehicle I own.

Jimmy Carter’s fossil fuel policies put an end to the late 60s muscle cars. That’s why the cars built in the 70’s were mostly crap, instead of pony cars the auto makers built phony cars.

Tried and true, tested and reliable. This is what is important to the common person. We don't have extra cash to fix an unexpected problem. Are there enough car mechanics to fix all these EV cars? Cost of repair? Slow transition is needed. Application specific!!!! I would never fully trust a battery in Alaska were the cold always wins. Now in lets say Africa or Nevada, were the sun is always hot and shinning… have a solar panel roof and hood of a EV car that recharges itself from just sitting there… do able. A cowboy isn't a cowboy with out a horse. A man isn't a man without his own transportation (what ever that might be). Me personally… I just like to go FAST….. SHAKE N BAKE… Ricky Bobby style LOL.

Because classic cars were built more by the hands of hard working men and women. Many left their name or initials with important paperwork hidden somewhere special. When Americans did more of the hard work then a machine or a robot . Vehicles now no because its done more by robots than humans .
