Oh Josie!! I just finished watching an amazing youtube video about gardening and I can't wait to share it with you. The man is incredible!! He spoke about an entirely different perspective on gardening that requires no pesticides, weeding, and is it's own eco system. It has an enormous yield while only using a small amount of land. He spoke about how he uses his greenhouse to have hot water all year round without electricity. His wife spoke about a plant that is a natural bubbly soap that she uses for her washing. He spoke about a new beehive that reduces bee stress and so makes bees more docile. He spoke about a mountain mint that has oil that removes mites from his bees. It's fascinating.
