Shirley Raines is an American hero. To consider folks who are less fortunate and to make a difference in these lives, is an immeasurable step in humanity. I was planning to go back to Arkansas November. Glad I did not go back and visit. If you can recall there was another one in 2002 had a ice storm power was out for 3 weeks the ice storm and flooded lasted a month and a half. Pull up your paperwork Arkansas was hit really hard
