Again, someone with known Mental Health problems brushed aside! Ever since the ADA was passed, we have been experiencing a horrific rise in Mental Health Instability leading to violence and social decay. Itās time to Face the fact that every Disability can be treated the Same way and accommodated. The additional rise in our drug culture supported by Politicians for financial gain and Votes has only worsened or need to take on the ADA lobby and Change the Law! I believe that England through its NHIS and Community School and Policing Program is a place to start ! They make a Real Hard effort to ID , Track and Counsel-and Police these folks starting early on before an event Happens. it's not the gun!
