About 39 years ago I was close to 13 weeks pregnant and had an abortion. Near the end of the abortion the nurse said 'Oh My God' and stared for about a minute then left the room. Republicans are cheaters. Of course a text like that would go out. there was too much info and explanation of what yes or no really meant (actually it's almost always worded backwards on the ballots). But in Kansas they have their very own brand of cheating. But like every other shady move the Kansas legislature has tried to pull off, rewriting the the way property tax is levied, basically exempting manufacturing businesses from paying taxes on behalf of a refinery and cement plant who were at the end of a tax abatement and sitting on a whole lot of property. Magically, after the right word went in the right ear even by a member of the left… and all of a sudden the EPA DOES exist in Kansas and gets to do their job. .and here I thought they were just for show like the KDHE. and that bill, after the fines for the constant violations were FINALLY, ABRUPTLY levied, well it went bye bye bye. It never left the Ways and Means Committee. Note to the lap dogs, never ever bite the hand that feeds you, you're big but you're not THAT big. Fun fact: A bill that cannot get enough support on the floor to bring it to a vote, namely because citizens are speaking out about its unfairness and dishonesty, the Ways and Means keeps it alive and it can be snuck out without discussion, placed in another popular bill and get passed very, very underhandedly. You have to watch all elected people like a hawk, there's a lot of folks with a lot of money who can usually find enough to buy off an elected official from the school board to the president of the United States. Voting is one way of making a difference but activism, making fellow citizens aware of what is about to happen, calling your representative or going to the legislature and speaking which lets them know how many voters are watching and how they feel…. it makes a difference.
How can it be that so many people support killing babies? It’s truly sad and baffling. Something I will never understand.

Mind boggling abortion rights are still being debates and taken away. This is super simple, should the government be allowed to take bodily autonomy away or not? Should you be forced to be a life support system? If so, then the government should also be allowed to force people to give blood, plasma, bone marrow, kidney, skin ect. To save lives. Also, for the people that think the government should make this choice for people, you don't have to have an abortion if you think it's wrong,but to think you should be allowed to choose that for others is absolutely vile.
