The 14th Amendment also doesn't apply to the Office of the Presidency. He isn't an officer of the Country or Constitution. We have 3 branches of government and the branch of Presidency is ensconced within ONE PERSON. He IS the whole branch! So, the officers that are spoken of in the 14th Amendment are his underlings. As can be seen, the 14th Amendment doesn't apply and therefore can not be used to disqualify President Trump.
